摘  要:教育大变局下教育的大背景、大环境和大趋势发生重大变革和深刻变化,教育理念、内容、方式、评价等发生系统性变革,迫切需要大学英语智慧教育者,明晰教育理念,把握核心角色,在变中坚守“不变”,引导学生善于学习,善于思考,善于“从善”,立志报国。要充分实现智慧教育者角色,大学英语教师需根据时代和学科的要求以及不同时期学生的特点等,完善知识结构,做学生知识习得的促进者;提升思维能力,做学生思维训练的设计者;养成高尚人格,做学生人格养成的引领者。Educational transformation refers to significant and profound changes in the great context,environ-ment and trends of education,and systematic changes in educational concepts,content,methods and evaluation.This urgently requests college English teachers to become a wisdom educator,that is,to clarify educational con-cepts,grasp their core roles,adhere to the“unchanging”in the constantly changing world,and guide students to be good at learning,thinking,making wise decisions,and aspiring to serve their motherland.To fully realize their roles,they need to improve their knowledge structure to be facilitators in students’knowledge acquisition,enhance their thinking abilities to become designers in students’thinking training and cultivate noble character to act as the guiding light in students’character development in accordance with the requirements of the times and discipline as well as students’characteristics in different periods.
