名中医工作室在针灸推拿本科实习中的作用

摘　　要：目的观察针灸推拿专业实习生在名中医工作室的学习效果。方法选取安徽中医药大学第二临床医学院2017级针灸推拿专业实习生60名,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30名。观察组至安徽省名中医肖伟工作室学习,统一管理,包括跟师门诊学习、急救技能培训、针刺学习、推拿学习、中医古籍学习等,并参加工作室定期的内部学习活动,至少在肖伟教授所在科室轮转1个月;对照组实行常规实习教学和轮转。观察两组学生实习末的针灸学、推拿学、急救技能考试成绩以及出科评价成绩。结果观察组的针灸学、推拿学、急救技能成绩及出科评价成绩与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论名老中医工作室能提高针灸推拿专业实习生成绩,使学生理论知识更加扎实,提高学生的临床技能。Objective To observe the learning effect of interns majoring in acupuncture and massage in famous traditional Chinese medicine studio.Methods Sixty interns majoring in acupuncture and massage of Grade 17 in The Second Clinical Medical College of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group went to Xiao Wei’s studio of famous traditional Chinese medicine in Anhui Province for study and uni-fied management,including outpatient learning,first aid skill training,acupuncture learning,massage learning,ancient books of tradi-tional Chinese medicine,etc.,and participated in regular internal learning activities in the studio,rotating in Professor Xiao Wei’s de-partment for at least one month.The control group implemented routine practice teaching and rotation.The examination results of acu-puncture,massage and first aid skills and the evaluation results of teaching were observed at the end of the internship.Results There were significant differences in acupuncture,massage,first aid skills and teaching evaluation between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The famous traditional Chinese medicine studio can improve the performance of interns majoring in acupuncture and massage,make students’theoretical knowledge more solid,and improve students’clinical skills.
