摘 要:在教育强国战略的框架下,我国继续教育取得了显著的突破与成就。通过出台相关政策,建立继续教育体系,培养了一批高素质劳动者和专门人才队伍,为构建学习型社会作出了重要贡献,并通过评估和认证等手段提升了继续教育的质量效果。然而,在教育强国战略视域下,继续教育发展仍面临一系列现实问题,如定位不清晰、供给不充分、发展不均衡、转型不到位等,应在重构制度框架、完善体制机制、推进三教协同和数字化转型等方面积极探索,以优化继续教育理念,实现可持续发展,构建教育融合之路,构建智能继续教育体系,推动继续教育迈向更加健康、均衡、智能的发展路径。Under the strategic framework of building a leading country in education,China has made significant breakthroughs and achievements in continuing education.Through introducing relevant policies and building a continuing education system,a group of high-quality workers and specialized talents have been cultivated,making great contributions to the construction of a learning society.Furthermore,the quality and effectiveness of continuing education have been enhanced through assessment,certification and so on.However,from the perspective of constructing an education power,continuing education still faces many problems,such as unclear positioning,insufficient supply,uneven development,and inadequate transformation,etc.More exploration and practice should be put on restructuring institutional frameworks,improving institutional mechanisms,promoting the coordination of the three types of education,and advancing digital transformation,etc.,aiming to optimize the concept of continuing education,achieve sustainable development,construct an education integration path,build an intelligent continuing education system,and promote continuing education towards a healthier,more balanced and intelligent development path.
