摘 要:目的 分析儿科低年资护士采用PDCA情境教学模式带教后对其核心能力、岗位胜任力的影响。方法 将2021年2月至2023年12月我院儿科接受专科培训的42名低年资护士进行分组,即观察组和对照组,对照组护士接受常规培训,观察组护士则予以PDCA循环情境教学模式培训,比较两组培训前后核心能力与岗位胜任力差异,并对比满意度。结果 培训后,观察组中国注册护士核心能力测评表(CIRN)中护理能力维度、专业发展能力维度得分及量表总分均高于对照组,医学叙事能力量表(NCS)、岗位胜任力量表得分及医师、家长对护士满意度与护士对培训方式满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 儿科低年资护士培训中应用PDCA情境教学模式是可行的,能明显提升护士的核心能力及岗位胜任力,从而提高护理质量。Objective This study aims to analyze the influence of using the PDCA situational teaching model on the core competencies and job competence of pediatric nurses with low seniority.Methods Forty-two low-seniority pediatric nurses in our hospital February 2021 to December 2023 were divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group received regular training,while the observation group received PDCA cyclic situational teaching model training.The differences in core competencies and job competence before and after training were compared between the two groups,along with the satisfaction levels.Results After the training,the observation group scored higher than the control group in the Chinese Registered Nurse Core Competency Assessment Scale(CIRN)in the dimensions of nursing competence and professional development competence,as well as the total score of the scale.The Narrative Competence Scale(NCS),Job Competence Scale,satisfaction levels of doctors,parents,and nurses regarding the training method were also higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the PDCA situational teaching model in the training of pediatric nurses with low seniority is feasible and significantly improves their core competencies and job competence,thereby enhancing the quality of nursing.
