摘  要:随着研究生招生规模的扩大,社会经济发展急需应用型高层次人才。针对应用型专业学位研究生的培养,分析了学生职业背景和知识结构教育特征,从培养单位实际条件出发制定出优化的课程设置体系。围绕应用型研究生特有的“双导师制”,以提升工程创新能力为目标,探讨了校企如何融为一体、校企之间如何联合培养的具体方式和方法。校企合作是培养企业实际需求人才的有效措施,以项目为载体,挖掘学生发挥学校高精尖仪器设备优势和科研成果转化的潜力,可实现校企深度融合,有效提升学生工程创新能力,进而提高专业研究生的培养质量。With the expansion of postgraduate enrollment,it is in urgent need of application-oriented high-level talents for social and economic development.For the problem of cultivating professional degree graduate students,this paper analyzed the educational characteristics of students’professional background and knowledge structure,and formulated curriculum system based on the actual conditions of colleges.Counter for double tutorial system which is specific for applied graduate students,with the goal of improving the engineering innovation ability,this paper discusses how to integrate colleges and enterprises.As an effective measure to cultivate talents for enterprise needs,deep integration of colleges and enterprises cooperation with taking the engineering project as the carrier can exploit the potential of students,give full play to the advantages of the colleges’sophisticated instruments and equipment and transformation of scientific research achievements so as to effectively improve students’engineering innovation ability and improve the cultivating quality of professional degree graduate students.
