摘 要:高职院校教师在教育过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。为了提高教学质量,构建一套针对其综合教学能力的评价体系尤为必要。然而,在实际操作中,评价体系存在评价标准模糊、依赖单一来源、忽视教师个体差异及反馈不及时等问题。为此,本文提出了一系列建设措施:明确评价标准,提供具体指标和范围;构建多元评价机制,整合多方反馈,确保评价的公正性;进行个性化评价;确保评价反馈及时,使教师能够迅速根据反馈进行教学调整,以提高教学效果。Teachers in higher vocational colleges play a vital role in the process of education.In order to improve the teaching quality,it is necessary to construct a set of evaluation system aimed at its comprehensive teaching ability.However,in practice,there are some problems in the evaluation system,such as vague evaluation criteria,reliance on a single source,neglect of individual differences of teachers and untimely feedback.To this end,this paper proposed a series of measures:clarifying evaluation criteria to provide specific indicators and ranges;constructing multiple evaluation mechanism to integrate multi-feedback and ensure the fairness of evaluation;conducting personalized evaluation;ensuring that the evaluation feedback is timely so that the teacher can quickly adjust the teaching according to the feedback to improve the teaching effect.
