摘 要:学业质量测评是检验课程实施效果、检测学科教学目标达成度的重要手段。针对我国高中信息技术学业质量测评体系缺失的状况,浙江省从1997年开始率先启动普通高中计算机会考,实现高中信息技术学业质量测评“从无到有”的突破。历经26年探索,浙江省高中信息技术学业质量测评经历了从“能力立意”向“素养导向”的发展过程,形成了基于核心素养的“三维四要素”测评模型,创设了“双平台三通道”测评模式,构建了“四位一体”测评支撑体系,为我国普通高中学业评价改革提供了“浙江经验”。Academic quality assessment is an important means of evaluating the course effectiveness and the degree of subject teaching objectives.To address the deficiency in the high school information technology academic quality assessment system in China,Zhejiang Province has taken the lead in initiating the General High School Computer Proficiency Test since 1997 and has achieved a breakthrough in the"creation from scratch"of high school information technology academic quality assessment.After 26 years of exploration,Zhejiang province's high school information technology academic quality assessment has undergone a development process from"ability-oriented"to"literacy-oriented",forming a"three dimensional four-element"assessment model based on core literacy,creating a"dual-plaform triple-channel"evaluation mode,and constructing a"four-in-one"assessment support system,providing"Zhejiang experience"for the reform of high school academic evaluation in China.
