基于全国职业院校教学能力大赛视角下基础护理课程教学策略探究

摘　　要：教育部通过职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛,深入推进职业教育转型,深化职业教育教学改革,在数字化、信息化、智能化革新驱动下,职业教育新型设施建设不断完善与发展。数字化技术为职业教育提供了一条新型教育路径,职业教育迎来了新变革时期。随之,职业院校教师迎来教育教学新挑战和机遇。提升教师数字化应用能力,把育人为本教育方针落到实处,是当前及今后一段时期的职业教育重点。基础护理课程是历年参加教学能力大赛高职专业二组的重要课程之一,是职业院校护理专业的专业核心课程之一。通过比赛促使参赛教师深层次认识本课程教学,探索将比赛成果转化导向引领教学。本文以参加全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力大赛为切入点,探讨基础护理课程如何实施数字素养下教学改革,并形成以急救护理项目为例的教学实施报告,为本课程实施教学改革提供思路。The Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China has promoted the deepening of teaching reform in vocational education through the vocational college skills competitions and teaching ability competition.Driven by digitization,informatization and intelligence,it has continuously improved and developed the construction of new vocational education facilities.Digital technology has provided a new educational path for vocational education,and vocational education has ushered in a new era of transformation.Then vocational college teachers face new challenges and opportunities in education and teaching.Improving the digital application ability of teachers and students,and putting education as the foundation into practice,is the current and future focus of vocational education.The basic nursing course is one of the important courses in the second group of vocational colleges that have participated in teaching ability competitions over the years.This course is one of the core courses for nursing majors in vocational colleges.The competition encourages participating teachers to have a deeper understanding of the teaching of this course and explore how to transform the results of the competition into guiding teaching.This article takes participating in the National Vocational College Skills Competition Teaching Ability Competition as the starting point,exploring the implementation of digital teaching reform in basic nursing courses,and form a teaching implementation report using nursing first-aid techniques projects as an example,the implementation of digital technology teaching reform in this course has certain practical guiding significance.
