摘　　要：目的 探索以岗位胜任力为导向的医学形态学实验教学体系的改革。方法 选择2020级临床医学专业本科生100人作为实验组;相同年级相同专业100人作为对照组;对照组采用传统教学法,实验组应用以岗位胜任力为导向,以临床实践能力培养为核心的教学模式;对两组同学进行问卷调查并比较平时成绩、实践考核和理论考核成绩。结果 实验组的实验课平时成绩、实践考核和理论考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组学生对于以岗位胜任力为导向的形态学实验教学体系认可度较高(P<0.05)。结论 以岗位胜任力为导向的医学形态学实验教学模式,为医学生毕业后能较快、较好地胜任自己的工作岗位提供坚实基础和有力保障,对于提高其他医学院校人体形态学实验课的教学质量也具有重要的参考和促进意义。Objective To explore the reform of experimental teaching in medical morphology oriented by post competence.Methods A total of 100 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in 2020 as the experimental group,100 undergraduate students of the same grade and major as the control group;the experimental group used experimental teaching mode oriented by post competence and centered on the cultivation of clinical practice abilities,the control group applied the traditional experimental teaching mode.Results The regular grades,practical and theoretical examination results and the questionnaire survey compared the differences between the two teaching modes;the experimental group gave a higher recognition degree of the teaching mode oriented by post competence(P<0.05).Conclusion The experimental teaching mode oriented by post competence provides a solid foundation for medical students to be competent in their own job positions quickly after graduation.It also has important reference significance for improving the teaching quality of human morphology experiments in other medical universities.
