摘 要:在科技强国建设背景下,培养小学生的实践创新能力有助于培养科技创新后备人才。本研究以编程教育为例,依据三维智力结构模型和建构主义理论,采用关键事件法构建了包含4个一级指标(创新学习、心理操作、创作实践、创新产出)、14个二级指标的小学生实践创新能力测评框架。基于测评框架,研制了包含26个题目的小学生实践创新能力测评量表,并进行试测。数据分析表明,该量表具有较高的信效度,可以有效测评小学生实践创新能力。In the context of building a scientific and technological powerhouse,nurturing the practical innovation ability of primary school students is crucial for cultivating a pool of talented individuals in science and technology innovation.Taking programming education as an example,this study has developed a framework for assessing primary school students'practical innovation ability.The framework incorporates four primary indicators(innovative learning,mental operations,creative practice,and innovative output)along with 14 secondary indicators derived from the critical incident technique based on the Structure of Intellect Model and Constructivism Theory.Based on this framework,a 26-item scale was developed and pilot-tested.Statistical data analysis showed that the scale exhibits high reliability and validity,effectively assessing the practical innovation ability of primary school students.This measurement framework and scale provide valuable tools for assessing primary school students'practical innovation ability,and offer theoretical support for nurturing future scientific and technological talents in our nation.
