摘　　要：《黄帝内经》,作为中国古代医学的经典之作,承载着中医药学理论的精髓,经过两千多年的历史积淀,对中国医学、文化及社会发展产生了巨大的影响。这部作品不仅是医学理论的集大成者,其独特的语言风格和深邃的医学思想也是文化和哲学研究的宝贵财富。由于不同语言背后的文化差异,精准翻译其中的文化负载词对提升中医英译质量具有重要意义,有助于更好地向世界传播中医文化。该文探讨了朱明译本《黄帝内经》中文化负载词的英语翻译策略,归纳4类文化负载词并从生态翻译学角度讨论翻译策略。研究得出,对于自然生态和人体组织文化负载词多使用直译法,对于传统医学与养生类文化负载词和传统文化与习俗多使用意译法,对于一些人名和宗教哲学类的文化负载词则采用音译法,才能更好地传达原文深厚的文化内涵、历史背景和哲学思想。The Medical Classic of the Yellow Emperor,as a classical work of ancient Chinese medicine,carries the essence of traditional Chinese medical theory.Having evolved over more than two thousand years,it has exerted a significant influence on ancient Chinese medicine,culture,and social development.This work is not only a compendium of medical theories but also a valuable asset for cultural and philosophical studies due to its unique linguistic style and profound medical thoughts.Due to cultural differences underlying different languages,accurately translating the culture-loaded words in this text is crucial for enhancing the quality of English translations of traditional Chinese medicine and is instrumental in promoting Chinese medical culture worldwide.This paper explores the strategies for translating culture-loaded words in The Medical Classic of the Yellow Emperor from the perspective of eco-translatology.It categorizes five types of culture-loaded words and discusses translation strategies from a three-dimensional perspective.The study finds that literal translation is often used for words related to natural ecology and human anatomy,free translation for traditional medicine and health concepts,and cultural practices,and transliteration for certain names and terms in religion and philosophy,thereby better conveying the original text's rich cultural connotations,historical background,and philosophical ideas.
