中华传统美德“尚和合”思想对大学生积极心理品质的涵养——以河源职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：中华传统美德是中国五千年历史流传下来的有影响的、可以继承的,并在新时代实践中不断创新发展的优秀道德,它规范、引导着人们的行为和精神追求,包括了仁爱孝悌、崇尚和合、精忠报国、修己慎独等思想。其中“尚和合”思想倡导“知行合一”“和而不同”“天人合一”等积极向上的价值观念,对大学生积极心理品质的涵养和健康心态的养成有着重要作用。该文立足当前大学生心理发展状况调查,在传统美德视域下论证大学生积极心理品质涵养的紧迫性、重要性,提出培养的方法和途径。通过对“和合”思想的挖掘和传承,将“和合”思想融入教学主渠道和校园文化建设,并重视网络环境下的道德教育等促进大学生心理健康。Chinese traditional virtues are influential and inheritable values that have been passed down through China's 5,000-year history,and have been constantly innovated and developed in the practice of the new era.They standardize and guide people's behavior and spiritual pursuit,which include the thoughts of kindness and filial piety,advocating harmony and unity,being loyal to the country,and self-cultivation and prudence.Among them,the thoughts of upholding harmony and unity advocate unity of knowledge and action,harmony without uniformity,and unity of man and nature.They contain positive psychological education resources,which play an important role in the cultivation of positive psychological quality and the formation of healthy attitudes of college students.Based on the current psychological development status of college students,this paper demonstrates the urgency and importance of the cultivation of positive psychological quality of college students under the perspective of traditional virtues,and puts forward the methods and approaches of cultivation.Through the excavation and inheritance of the Harmony and Unity,and putting it into the main channel of teaching and campus culture,and attaching importance to the moral education in the network environment,the psychological health of college students can be promoting greatly.
