摘  要:采用问卷调查和现象学质性研究方法,对285名职业学校专业教师进行时间管理倾向问卷调查,并对11名高级职称者进行半结构式访谈。问卷调查发现,职业学校专业教师时间管理整体水平一般。运用Colaizzi的7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析,并归纳出4个主题:珍惜时间、充分利用碎片化时间;时间安排合理高效;时间管理目标明确细化;有效的时间管理促进专业成长。With questionnaire survey and phenomenological qualitative research methods,a questionnaire survey on time management tendencies was conducted among 285 professional teachers in vocational colleges,a semi-structured interview was conducted with 11 senior professional title holders as well.The questionnaire survey found that the overall level of time management among professional teachers in vocational colleges is average.With Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method to analyze interview data,four themes were summarized:cherishing time and making full use of fragmented time;reasonable and efficient time arrangement;clear and detailed time management objectives;effective time management promotes professional growth.
