摘　　要：医疗援疆在新时代党中央的治疆方略中具有重要的意义。福建医科大学附属口腔医院在对口医疗援助新疆昌吉回族自治州人民医院口腔科期间,围绕提高受援地口腔修复临床治疗以及科研水平的目的,针对新疆地区地域文化及口腔疾病发病特点,以临床问题为导向,通过师带徒结对带教,案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)组织专题讲座培训,临床反馈式手术操作演示,立足临床基础培养提升受援科室的临床科研能力等方式,充分带动受援单位人员学习的主观能动性,养成自我学习、分析问题的习惯,从而达到为当地口腔修复学科构建人才培养体系,建设学科人才梯队,有效提升临床诊疗水平的目的,并为医疗援疆人才培养及学科建设提供示范借鉴作用,让医疗援疆真正实现由输血到造血的转变,留下一支带不走的人才队伍。Medical aid to Xinjiang is of great significance in the Party Central Committee's strategy of governing Xinjiang in the new era. School and Hospital of Stomatology, Fujian Medical University has assisted in the stomatology department of People's Hospital of Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, centering on the purpose of improving the clinical treatment and scientific research level of prosthodontics in the recipient areas, aiming at the regional culture and the characteristics of oral diseases in Xinjiang, taking clinical problems as the guidance, organizing special lecture training and clinical feedback surgical operation demonstration through teacher-apprentice pairing teaching, CBL teaching method, and based on clinical foundation. Training and improving the clinical scientific research ability of the aided departments, etc. Fully drive the subjective initiative of the personnel of the recipient unit to learn, form the habit of self-learning and analyzing problems, so as to achieve the purpose of constructing talent training system for local prosthodontics discipline, constructing discipline talent echelon and effectively improving clinical diagnosis and treatment level. It also provides a demonstration and reference for the training of medical aid talents and discipline construction in Xinjiang, so that the medical aid to Xinjiang can truly realize the transformation from blood transfusion to hematopoiesis, leaving a talent team that cannot be taken away.
