摘　　要：师德师风建设既是全面提升教师队伍政治素养和职业修养的重要举措,也是实施“双高计划”、推动职业教育高质量发展的根本保障。本研究从“双高计划”视域出发,通过对广西高职院校师德师风建设现状调查研究、问题深度剖析、对策创新探索,系统构建“1+4+N”广西高职院校师德师风建设特色化模式,以突破当前广西高职院校师德师风建设的困境,打造高素质教师队伍,圆满落实“双高计划”。The construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct is not only an important measure to comprehensively enhance the political literacy and professional cultivation of the teaching staff,but also a fundamental guarantee to achieve the"dual high plan"and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.Starting from the perspective of the"Double High Plan",this study systematically constructs a"1+4+N"distinctive model for the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in Guangxi vocational colleges through investigation and research on the current situation,in-depth analysis of problems,and innovative exploration of countermeasures.The aim is to break through the current difficulties in the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct in Guangxi vocational colleges,build a high-quality teacher team,and successfully implement the"Double High Plan".
