摘 要:目的分析目标教学法在中西医结合内科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月日照市东港区西湖镇卫生院的30名中西医结合内科实习医生为研究对象,将2022年1—12月的15名实习医生设置为参照组,开展常规临床带教;将2023年1—12月的15名实习医生设置为研究组,开展目标教学法教学。对比两组目标考核结果、学习状态及临床综合能力。结果教学后,研究组各项目标考核结果评分、学习状态及临床综合能力各指标评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论目标教学法用于中西医结合内科临床带教中,可提高实习医生的学习状态及临床综合能力。Objective To analyze the application effect of target teaching method in clinical teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in internal medicine.Methods Thirty of internal medicine interns in the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine at the Xihu Town Health Center in Donggang District of Rizhao City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Fifteen of intern doctors from January to December 2022 were set as the reference group to carry out routine clinical teaching,and fifteen of intern doctors from January to December 2023 were set as the research group to carry out target teaching method.The target assessment results,the learning status and clinical comprehensive ability of two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the scores of each target assessment result,the learning status and the scores of various indicators of clinical comprehensive ability of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Target teaching method can improve the learning status and clinical comprehensive ability of interns when used in clinical teaching of internal medicine integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
