产教融合助力高职思政课实践教学的多维解构与创新路径

摘  要:思政课实践教学是理论教育向信仰内化转变的核心环节,能够有效促进思政小课堂与社会大课堂的交汇融合,兼具课程育人与实践育人的双重效能。高职思政课实践教学应充分借助产教融合优势,着力提升思政课实践教学的“三性一力”。然而,高职思政课实践教学存在内容融合失衡、资源共享虚化、师资结构不合理以及实践管评机制失配等现实性困境。学校与企业应积极构建实践教学“职业导向+理论融入”内容生成新模式、打造“校企合作+共享成果”资源整合新平台、实施“双融型+专业化”师资队伍建设新策略,以及探索“协同式管理+多元化评价”教学管评新机制等策略,推动高职思政课实践教学的深化改革与发展,培养更多德才兼备的高素质技术技能人才。Practice-based teaching in ideological and political courses is the core link in the transformation of theoretical education into internalized beliefs,which can effectively promote the integration of small classroom discussions and the broader social context and fulfill the dual functions of curriculum education and practice education.In vocational colleges,practice-based teaching in ideological and political courses should make full use of the advantages of integration between industry and education,and focus on enhancing the"three characteristics and one force"of practice-based teaching.However,there are practical challenges in vocational colleges,such as imbalanced integration of content,virtualization of resource sharing,improper faculty structure,and mismatched practice evaluation mechanisms.Colleges and enterprises should actively construct new models for the generation of practice-based teaching content through a"career-orientation+theory integration"approach,create new platforms for resource integration featuring"college-enterprise cooperation+sharing of achievements,"implement new strategies for faculty development by"dual integration+specialization",and explore new mechanisms for teaching management and evaluation through"collaborative management+diversified evaluation".These strategies aim to promote the deep reform and development of practice-based teaching of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges,and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled professionals with both integrity and competence.
