摘 要:目的探讨基于经验学习理论的危险预知训练(KYT)在急诊输液室实习护生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022、2023级急诊输液室实习护生各40名,2022级为对照组,实施常规教学模式;2023级为实验组,在对照组基础上实施基于经验学习理论的危险预知训练教学模式。教学后对两组进行理论和实践能力考核,并使用临床实习环境量表、卫生职业教育患者安全感知量表评价教学效果。结果实验组理论和实践能力考核成绩显著高于对照组,临床实习环境量表、卫生职业教育患者安全感知量表得分也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于经验学习理论的危险预知训练能使护生适应急诊临床实习环境,逐步提升临床实践能力和患者安全感知能力,提高教学实效。Objective To explore the application effect of Kiken Yochi Training(KYT)based on empirical learning theory in clinical teaching of nursing students in first aid infusion room.Methods Selected 40 nursing interns from the first aid infusion rooms of Grades 2022 and 2023,with Grade 2022 as the control group received routine teaching model.The Grade 2023 is the experimental group received Kiken Yochi Training teaching model based on the basis of the control group.After teaching,two groups will be assessed for their theoretical and practical abilities,and the teaching effectiveness will be evaluated with the Clinical Internship Environment Scale and Patient Safety Perception Scale for Health Vocational Education.Results The score of theoretical and practical ability assessment of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of the Clinical Internship Environment Scale and the Patient Safety Perception Scale for Health Vocational Education were also significantly higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Kiken Yochi Training based on empirical learning t-heory can enable nursing students to adapt to the first aid clinical internship environment,gradually improve their clinical practice ability and patient safety perception ability,improve teaching effectiveness as well.
