摘　　要：博士生专业社会化是博士生与特定专业共同体之间的双向作用过程,是在博士生教育实践中产生的一种微观过程现象,受时代变迁和具体国情的影响。从时代变迁来看,博士生专业社会化包含了广泛和多元的内容,已不再等同于学术职业社会化;从具体国情来看,我国博士生专业社会化具有鲜明的中国特色。我国的博士生专业社会化研究要着重探讨专业共同体的内涵和构成,关注学术职业之外的博士生专业社会化内容,构建适合中国情境的博士生专业社会化理论体系。The professional socialization of doctoral students is a bidirectional interaction process between doctoral students and professional communities,which is influenced by changes of the times and specific national conditions.From the perspective of changes of the times,it contains more extensive and diversified content,which is no longer equivalent to the socialization to the academic career.From the perspective of specific national conditions,it has distinct Chinese characteristics.Research on the professional socialization of doctoral students in China should pay attention to the connotation and composition of professional communities,and the content of professional socialization of doctoral students beyond the academic profession,to construct a theoretical system of doctoral professional socialization suitable for the Chinese context.
