多元智能视角下高职音乐教学机制的改革路径探究

摘  要:加德纳提出的多元智能理论对教育界产生了重大影响,其核心在于智能是多元、平等、个性化的。结合当前中国高职音乐教学面临的问题,多元智能理论为音乐教学机制改革提供科学的理论支撑与方法指导,契合培养现代化综合型应用人才的要求,是高职教育实现高质量发展的必然要求。通过探究多元智能理论与音乐教学的关系,分析高职音乐教学现状,进一步提出音乐教学机制的改革路径:以交叉学科教学为突破,以优质教学队伍为基石,以多元教学方法为依托,以综合教学评价为支撑,以期提高高职音乐教学质量,培养多元智能人才。Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligence has had a significant impact on the education industry,with the core being that intelligence is diverse,equal,and personalized.Combining the current problems of music teaching in Chinese vocational colleges,the theory of multiple intelligence provides scientific theoretical support and methodological guidance for the reform of music teaching mechanisms,which meets the requirements of cultivating modern comprehensive applied talents and is an inevitable requirement for achieving high-quality development in vocational education.Through exploring the relationship between the theory of multiple intelligence and music teaching,analyzing the current situation of music teaching in vocational colleges,a reform path for the music teaching mechanism is further proposed:taking interdisciplinary teaching as a breakthrough;based on a high-quality teaching team;based on diverse teaching methods;supported by comprehensive teaching evaluation,with the aim of improving the quality of music teaching in vocational colleges and cultivating talents with multiple intelligence.
