超越固有评价视角的基础教育增值评价探究

摘　　要：深入探索基础教育增值评价对新时代中国教育评价具有重要意义。增值评价是一种努力超越固有评价视角的评价,它在基础教育应用中,通过对相关增值数据的分析,形成对学生、教师、学校等的科学评价。文章首先分析了增值评价的实施困境,然后探究其原因,最后提出更新增值评价理念、拓展增值评价主体、优化增值评价管理、创建增值评价系统的优化路径,旨在通过对基础教育增值评价的探索,为落实立德树人根本任务、实现教育公平提供助力与参考。Exploring the value-added evaluation of basic education in depth is of great significance for the evaluation of education in China in the new era.Value added evaluation is an evaluation that strives to go beyond the inherent evaluation perspective.In the application of basic education,it scientifically evaluates students,teachers,schools,etc.through the analysis of relevant value-added data.The article first analyzes the implementation difficulties of valueadded evaluation,then explores its reasons,and finally proposes an optimization path for updating the concept of valueadded evaluation,expanding the subject of value-added evaluation,optimizing value-added evaluation management,and creating a value-added evaluation system.The aim is to explore the value-added evaluation of basic education and provide assistance and reference for implementing moral education and achieving educational equity.
