摘 要:以甘农薯7号(GNS7)、云薯104(YS104)、云薯505(YS505)、黔芋7号(QY7)、威芋3号(WY3)共5种马铃薯的薯块为试验材料,研究亚精胺对贮藏期薯块品质的影响,并综合评价其耐储性。结果表明:与对照组(喷施等量清水)相比,喷施外源亚精胺后,YS505贮藏42~84 d、QY7贮藏第84天失水率极显著降低,而GNS7贮藏28~84 d失水率极显著升高;YS505贮藏第28天和QY7贮藏第84天发芽率极显著下降,GNS7和YS505贮藏第84天,QY7贮藏第42天、第84天单薯发芽数极显著降低,GNS7贮藏第56天、WY3贮藏第84天和QY7贮藏14~56 d蛋白质含量极显著增加,GNS7贮藏14~84 d、QY7和WY3贮藏28~84 d、YS505贮藏第84天维生素C含量均有所增加,GNS7和QY7贮藏28~84 d、WY3贮藏14~56 d和YS505贮藏第28天淀粉含量极显著增加,干物质含量和硬度总体变化不大,而还原糖含量有升有降。隶属函数综合分析表明,喷施外源亚精胺可提高GNS7、YS505、QY7和WY3贮藏期品质。Five types of potato tubers including Gannongshu7(GNS7),Yunshu 104(YS104),Yunshu 505(YS505),Qianyu 7(QY7),Weiyu 3(WY3)were used as test materials to investigate the effect of exogenous spermidine on the quality of potato tubers during storage,and the storage tolerance was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that compared with the control group(sprayed the same amount of water),after spraying exogenous spermidine,the water loss rate of YS505 stored for 42-84 d and QY7 stored for 84 d was significantly reduced,while the water loss rate of GNS7 stored for 28-84 d was significantly increased.The germination rate of YS505 on the 28th day of storage and QY7 on the 84th day of storage was significantly reduced.GNS7 and YS505 stored for 84 d,QY7 on the 42th and 84th day of storage showed a significant decrease in single potato germination number.The protein content of GNS7 on the 56th day of storage,WY3 stored for 84 d,and QY7 stored for 14-56d was significantly increased.The vitamin C content of GNS7 stored for 14-84 d,QY7 and WY3 stored for 28-84 d,and YS505 stored for 84 d was increased.GNS7 and QY7 stored for 28-84 d,WY3 stored for 14-56 d,and YS505 on the 28th day of storage showed a significant increase in starch content,little change in dry matter content and hardness,while the content of reducing sugars was increased or decreased.The comprehensive analysis using the membership function method showed that spraying exogenous spermidine could improve the storage quality of GNS7,YS505,QY7and WY3.
