摘  要:以南瓜多糖得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,通过响应面法优化超声辅助低共熔溶剂提取南瓜多糖的工艺条件,并对其动力学进行研究。结果表明:提取南瓜多糖的低共熔溶剂最优体系为氯化胆碱∶无水乙醇=1∶1(摩尔比),最佳提取条件为超声功率175 W、料液比1∶15(g/mL)、超声时间28 min,在此条件下南瓜多糖得率为6.54%。动力学研究表明,可用Stirling模型拟合南瓜多糖得率随超声条件变化的动力学方程。Taking the yield of pumpkin polysaccharide as the index,the process conditions of ultrasound assisted deep eutectic solvent extraction of pumpkin polysaccharide were optimized by response surface method on the basis of single factor test,and its dynamics was studied.The results showed that the optimal deep eutectic solvent system for extracting pumpkin polysaccharide was choline chloride:anhydrous ethanol=1∶1(molar ratio).The optimal extraction conditions were ultrasonic power 175 W,solid-liquid ratio 1∶15(g/mL),and ultrasonic time 28 min.Under these conditions,the yield of pumpkin polysaccharide was 6.54%.Dynamics studies showed that the Stirling model could fit the used to dynamics equation of pumpkin polysaccharide yield with ultrasound conditions.
