摘 要:广州中医药大学第二临床医学院自2019年开始实施“临床课程一体化”教学改革,此教学团队参与了其中中医学专业精英班、国维班的教学改革探索。在探索过程中,深刻体会到教学改革的必要性以及一体化教学模式的优势。但临床课程一体化目前还在起步阶段,临床课程设计的优化、高水平教学师资队伍的建设、配套学生综合评价体系和教学监管体系的建立等需要同步完善。相信随着教学改革的继续深入推进,临床课程一体化教学模式将更加完善,必将在广州中医药大学中医学人才培养中发挥更好的示范作用,培养出具有复杂知识结构、具备较强临床实践和临床思维能力的中医人才。The teaching reform mode of“clinical course integration”has been implemented since 2019 in the Second Clinical College of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and our teaching team explored the teaching mode on teaching of Chinese medicine stu⁃dents in the elite class of Guowei.In the process of exploration,we deeply appreciated the necessity of teaching reform and the advan⁃tages of the integrated teaching mode.However,the“clinical course integration”is still in the early stage,and the optimization of clini⁃cal curriculum design,the construction of a high-level teaching faculty,the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system for supporting students and the teaching supervision system need to be improved simultaneously.As the teaching reform continues to ad⁃vance,it is believed that the“clinical course integration”teaching mode will be more optimized and will play a better exemplary role in the cultivation of Chinese medicine talents in our university,so as to develop more talents with complex knowledge structure and strong abilities both in clinical practice and thinking abilities.
