摘 要:针对“电子封装模拟与仿真”课堂教学手段单一、实验教学环节薄弱、学生工程思维能力较弱、科学精神及创新意识较低的问题,坚持“以学生发展为中心”的教学理念,知识、能力、素养三个维度的教学目标,问题导向、自主探究、科教融合、信息融合、多元评价的混合式教学方法,“生讲师评、生讲众评、以练代讲、讲练结合”的翻转课堂教学模式,多维度融合拓展深化教学资源,重构思想性、科学性、时代性并重,基础理论—模拟仿真—教学实验“三位一体”的教学体系,形成“虚实结合、教研融合、强基立本、自主探究、多元评价”的教学特色,全面提升了学生的自主学习意识及实践创新能力。In response to the problems of single teaching methods,weak experimental teaching links,weak engineering thinking ability of students,and low scientific spirit and innovation awareness in modeling and simulation for electronic packaging classrooms,we adhere to the teaching“student-centered”philosophy of,with the teaching objectives in three dimensions of knowledge,ability,and literacy,and a blended learning method of problem-oriented,independent exploration,science education integration,information integration,and multiple evaluations is proposed,The flipped classroom teaching model of“student lecturer and teacher evaluation,student lecture and group evaluation,practice replacing lecture,and combination of lecture and practice”is adopted to integrate and deepen teaching resources from multiple dimensions.A teaching system that emphasizes ideological,scientific,and contemporary aspects,and integrates basic theory,simulation,and teaching experiments is reconstructed,forming a teaching feature of“combining virtual and real methods,integrating teaching and research,strengthening foundation,independent exploration,and multiple evaluations”,comprehensively enhancing students’awareness of self-directed learning and practical innovation ability.
