摘  要:为提升高职学生“实习—就业”转化效率,从企业、学校和学生三个层面,研究并梳理了高职学生岗位实习期满后高离职率的原因,通过对处在岗位实习期的465名高职学生的实证分析,发现组织支持和教师支持可以削弱薪酬满意度对离职倾向的负向影响。基于此,研究从企业和学校两方面探索了预防职校学生实习期满后群体离职的应对策略,以降低企业人才流失,提升高校毕业生就业质量。In order to improve the“practice-employment”conversion efficiency of higher vocational college students,this paper studies and sorts out the reasons for the high turnover rate of higher vocational students after internship completion from the three aspects of enterprises,schools and students.Through the empirical analysis of 465 higher vocational students who are in the internship period,it is found that organizational support and teacher support can weaken the negative impact of salary satisfaction on turnover tendency.Based on this,the study explores the countermeasures to prevent the mass turnover of higher vocational school students after the completion of internship from both enterprises and schools,so as to reduce the brain drain of enterprises and improve the employment quality of college graduates.
