班导师与辅导员协同培育卓越公共卫生人才的探索

摘　　要：公共卫生在国家治理体系与治理能力现代化中起着举足轻重的作用。在当前复杂多变的社会背景下,我国的公共卫生教育面临着空前的挑战,此时更加凸显人才培养的重要性。如何更好地发挥班导师与辅导员在公共卫生教学改革中的协同育人作用,是亟须解决的问题。基于此,以公共卫生学院为例,探索了班导师与辅导员协同育人机制与方法,即通过班导师与辅导员协同开展教学活动、加强思想引领和组织管理、强化职业发展和就业指导等措施,促进卓越公共卫生人才培养,为新时代高校公共卫生人才培养提供了可供借鉴的经验。Public health plays a pivotal role in the modernization of the national governance system and capabilities.In the current complex and volatile social context,China’s public health education faces unprecedented challenges,making the importance of talent cultivation even more prominent.How to better leverage the collaborative educational role of class tutors and counselors in public health education reform is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,this article takes School of Medicine as an example to explore the collaborative education mechanism and methods between class tutors and counselors.Specifically,class tutors and counselors should collaborate to carry out teaching activities,strengthen ideological guidance and organizational management,enhance career development and employment guidance to promote the cultivation of excellent public health talents.This provides valuable experience for the cultivation of public health talents in universities in the new era.
