摘 要:在学习型社会建设中,社区教育是不可或缺的重要环节。广州成功入选联合国教科文组织“全球学习型城市网络会员”名单,扎实有效的社区教育功不可没。在分析广州社区教育发展概况的基础上,以越秀和南沙两个极具代表性的区开展个案研究,揭示越秀社区教育在运行模式、经费保障、品牌打造上的特色,南沙社区教育在运行模式、教育内容、技术运用方面的经验。针对存在的服务人员专业化程度待提高、软硬件设施待提升、课程资源无法满足多元需求、评价标准及机制尚不健全等问题,提出以下对策建议:加强顶层设计,强化政府统筹领导作用;社区内各权益单位间建立有效的合作机制;更新社区教育理念,增强社区教育实效性;利用现代信息技术手段,开展社区教育信息化建设。In the construction of a learning society,community education is an indispensable and important link.Guangzhou was successfully selected into the list of UNESCO’s“Global Learning Cities Network Members”.The solid and effective community education has contributed a lot.Based on the analysis of the general situation of the development of community education in Guangzhou,this paper carries out a case study in Yuexiu and Nansha,two representative districts,to reveal the characteristics of Yuexiu community education in operation mode,funding guarantee and brand building,and the experience of Nansha community education in operation mode,education content and technology application.Addressing challenges such as the need for improved professionalization of personnel,upgrades to infrastructure,diversification of curriculum resources,and establishment of comprehensive evaluation standards and mechanisms,the following recommendations are proposed:first,enhance top⁃level design and strengthen governmental leadership;second,establish effective collaboration mechanisms among community stakeholders;third,modernize the concept of community education for greater efficacy;and finally,use modern information technology to advance the informatization of community education.
