摘 要:学生教学反馈是学生将自己对教师教学的感知通过调查问卷等途径反馈给教师,从而引发教师对课堂教学的了解和反思,不断改进教学。学生教学反馈包含五个基本环节:学生感知教学、教师利用各种工具调查学生对教学的感知、教师对获取的教学反馈信息进行解释、教师通过反思最终采纳一些反馈意见、教师重新列出计划并采取行动。学生教学反馈的顺利实施,既需要学校提供一个支持性的环境,也需要教师具备良好的个性品质,同时对学生品质、课堂特点以及师生反馈素养也提出一定要求。Student teaching feedback is a valuable process wherein students express their perceptions of a teacher's instructional approach through surveys and other means.This practice serves to enhance educators comprehension and reflection on classroom methodologies,fostering continuous improvement in their teaching methods.The feedback loop comprises five essential stages:initial student assessment of teaching,diverse tools employed to gauge students perspectives on teaching,teachers interpretation and assimilation of the received feedback,educators incorporation of select feedback through introspection,followed by teachers adjustment and action planning.Successful implementation of this feedback mechanism necessitates a supportive institutional milieu,coupled with teachers possessing requisite personal qualities.Furthermore,it outlines specific criteria for student aptitude,classroom dynamics and teacher and student's feedback literacy.
