摘　　要：学分银行是当前高等职业教育中十分重要的管理模式,如何进行学习成果认证及学分转换是学分银行建设中需要解决的重点问题。本研究旨在探讨学分银行模式下学生课外学习成果的认证和转换问题,通过查阅国家专业标准和行业标准、实地走访企业等多种方式进行研究,制定了黑龙江省农产品加工与质量检测专业专科学分认定和转换细则,为学分银行在高职农产品加工与质量检测专业中的应用实践奠定了基础。The credit bank serves as a crucial management model in contemporary higher vocational education,and the key challenge lies in effectively implementing learning achievement certification and credit conversion within this framework.This study aims to delve into the certification and conversion of students’extracurricular learning accomplishments under the credit bank system.By consulting national professional standards,industry benchmarks,conducting on-site visits to enterprises,and employing other research methods,comprehensive regulations for recognizing and converting credits pertaining to Heilongjiang Province’s agricultural product processing and quality detection specialty have been formulated.These efforts lay a solid foundation for the practical application of the credit bank concept in higher vocational programs focused on agricultural product processing and quality detection.
