摘　　要：当前,职业教育教学模式和人才培养方案大多滞后于航空产业的快速发展对技术技能型人才的要求,导致部分职业院校培养的航空装备技术技能人员无法快速适应行业、企业现代岗位的需求。文章针对高职院校航空装备相关专业学生学习特征及培养模式进行分析,以优化培养对策,做到有的放矢,为进一步提高职业教育水平提供参考,从而让更多的优秀人才进入国防航空工业体系和一线作战部队,为助力国防现代化和部队战斗力生成提供一定的支撑。Currently,most vocational education teaching models and talent training programs lag behind the requirements of the rapid development of the aviation industry for technical and skilled talents,resulting in some vocational colleges training aviation equipment technical and skilled personnel unable to quickly adapt to the needs of modern positions in the industry and enterprises.The article analyzes the learning characteristics and training modes of students majoring in aviation equipment in vocational colleges,in order to optimize training strategies,achieve targeted goals,provide reference for further improving vocational education level,and enable more outstanding talents to enter the national defense aviation industry system and frontline combat forces,providing certain support for promoting national defense modernization and generating combat effectiveness of the troops.
