摘　　要：黄炎培认为劳动教育可以增强学生的实践能力、动手能力和创新意识,使他们更好地适应社会发展的需要。文章分析黄炎培劳动教育思想的主要内容,探讨新时代高职学生劳动观教育存在的问题与学生劳动观生成的影响因素,指出黄炎培劳动教育思想对高职学生劳动观教育的启示是重新界定新时代高职学生劳动观教育目标,重新设计新时代高职学生劳动观教育内容,建立新时代高职学生劳动观教育机制,优化新时代高职学生劳动观教育举措。Huang Yanpei believes that labor education can enhance students' practical ability,hands-on ability,and innovative consciousness,enabling them to better adapt to the needs of social development.The article analyzes the main content of Huang Yanpei's labor education ideology,explores the problems in labor concept education for vocational college students in the new era,and the influencing factors of student labor concept generation.It points out that the inspiration of Huang Yanpei's labor education ideology for vocational college students is to redefine the goals of labor concept education for vocational college students in the new era,redesign the content of labor concept education for vocational college students in the new era,establish a mechanism for labor concept education for vocational college students in the new era,and optimize the measures for labor concept education for vocational college students in the new era.
