摘  要:师幼互动发生在幼儿园一日活动中的各个环节,研制基于一日活动情境的、能供教师自主使用的幼儿园师幼互动评价量表具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。项目组立足幼儿园一日活动情境,在文献与政策分析、实地访谈与观察基础上形成了初始版评价量表;采用德尔菲专家咨询法,通过三轮调查问卷对初始版评价量表进行修改完善,形成了4个维度35个项目的试用版评价量表;选取64名评价者,根据试用版评价量表对213所幼儿园进行实地观察评价。经过探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、信度分析和相关分析,最终形成4个维度31个项目的正式版评价量表,量表信效度良好;描述性统计结果进一步表明,量表能够揭示幼儿园一日活动情境中的师幼互动质量,可作为评价幼儿园师幼互动的有效工具。Teacher-child interaction occurs in all aspects of daily activities in kindergartens.Developing an evaluation scale for teacher-child interactions based on the context of daily activities,which can be used autonomously by teachers,holds significant theoretical value and practical implications.The project team,based on the context of daily activities in kindergartens,formulated an initial version of the evaluation scale through literature review,policy analysis,on-site interviews,and observations.Using the Delphi expert consultation method,the initial version of the evaluation scale was modified and improved through three rounds of questionnaires surveys,resulting in a trial version of the evaluation scale consisting of 4 dimensions and 35 items.A total of 64 evaluators were selected to conduct on-site observational evaluations of 213 kindergarten teachers using the trial version of the evaluation scale.Through exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,reliability analysis,and correlation analysis,a final version of the evaluation scale was established with 4 dimensions and 31 items,demonstrating good reliability and validity.Descriptive statistical results further indicated that the scale could effectively reveal the quality of teacher-child interactions in the context of daily activities in kindergartens,makng it a valid tool for evaluating teacher-child interaction in kindergartens.
