摘  要:为满足国家对职业教育人才培养与市场需求相对接的要求,通过企业调研和职业能力分析,明确企业的岗位需求、典型工作任务和所需职业能力。结合所需职业能力和专业特点,构建基于岗位职业能力分析,由通识课程、岗位能力课程、专业拓展课程组成食品安全与检测技术专业课程体系,并从校企合作、教学资源以及师资建设等方面提出课程体系实施的保障措施。In order to meet the requirements of the country for the training of vocational education talents relative to the market demand,through enterprise research and vocational ability analysis,the job demand,typical work tasks and required vocational ability of enterprises are clarified.Combining the required vocational ability and professional characteristics,a course system of food safety and testing technology is constructed based on the analysis of post vocational ability,which is composed of general courses,post ability courses and professional development courses,and the guarantee measures for the implementation of the course system are put forward from the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation,teaching resources and teacher construction.
