摘  要:“中医营养食疗”具有融医、食、文、史于一体的课程特点,综合性、延展性和深刻性已远远超出教材界限,在以“课程思政”为时代背景和主体视角的改革浪潮中,必将凸显出独特的优势、韵味和魅力。基于该课程,探索高职专业课程对思政教学逻辑、思政教学目标的设计,提炼出了符合食品类学生教育的四大思政元素,即文化自信、职业道德、科学精神、专业素养,与专业教学有机融合。同时探索思政教学效果评价体系,建立了“三主体三阶段全方位”,经过教学实践,获得明显成效。此次研究以期为同类课程思政教学改革提供参考。“Traditional Chinese Medicine Nutrition and Dietetics”has the characteristics of integrating medicine,food,literature and history,its comprehensiveness,extensibility and profundity have far exceeded the boundaries of teaching materials,and it will surely highlight its unique advantages,charm and charm in the reform wave with“curriculum ideology and politics”as the background of the times and the perspective of the main body.Based on this course,we explore the design of ideological and political teaching logic and objectives in vocational college courses,and extract four ideological and political elements that are in line with the education of food students,namely cultural confidence,professional ethics,scientific spirit,and professional competence,which are organically integrated with professional teaching.At the same time,a comprehensive evaluation system for the effectiveness of ideological and political education has been explored,and a“three subject,three stage,and all-round”approach has been established.Through teaching practice,significant results have been achieved.Through this article,we hope to provide reference for the reform of ideological and political education in similar courses.
