摘 要:随着科学技术的不断发展,人工智能技术成为驱动产业智能化升级改造的重要力量。与此同时,也改变了劳动力需求结构,对劳动者知识技能的跨界融合提出了更高的要求。为了培养符合产业需求的高技能人才,对工业过程自动化专业的教育改革进行了研究,确定了人工智能时代下工业过程自动化专业人才培养目标,创新探索“自动化+人工智能”的人才培养模式。通过改革课程体系和深化产教融合,为智能化产业发展赋能。With the continuous development of science and technology,artificial intelligence technology has become an important force to drive the upgrading and transformation of industrial intelligence.At the same time,the structure of labor demand has also been changed,putting forward higher requirements for the cross-border integration of workers'knowledge and skills.In order to cultivate highly skilled talents that meet the needs of the industry,the education reform of the industrial process automation specialty has been studied,and the talent training goal of the industrial process automation specialty in the era of artificial intelligence has been determined.The talent training mode of"automation+artificial intelligence"is innovated and explored.The development of intelligent industry is enabled by reforming the curriculum system and deepening the integration of industry and education.
