摘 要:网络空间教科书评议是教科书评价的新议题,对全面落实教材建设国家事权、推进教材高质量发展、建设好人民满意的教材具有积极意义。网络空间教科书评议由公共关切与技术赋权、集体记忆与知识普及、信息虚拟与制度现实多维互动建构而成,是教科书的公共产品属性和评价的情感价值属性共同作用的结果,存在价值主体与评价主体相脱节、理性要求与非理性行为相冲突、网络空间与制度空间相隔离等现实问题,容易形成教科书负面舆情,影响教科书功能的正常发挥。未来,网络空间教科书评议,需要在规制性要素、规范性要素和文化—认知要素三个维度,通过加强制度设计、注重价值引导、实施主体培育,全面提升网络空间教科书评议的公共品质。Cyberspace textbook evaluation is a refreshing issue in textbook evaluation,which has positive significance for implementing state duty of textbook construction,promoting high-quality textbook development,and presenting textbook that is satisfactory to the people.Cyberspace textbook review is constructed by multi-dimensional interaction between public concern and technical empowerment,collective memory and knowledge popularization,and information virtuality and institutional reality,which is the result of the joint action of the public product attribute of textbook and the emotional value attribute of evaluation.There are some practical problems such as the disconnection between value and evaluation subject,the conflict between rational and irrational behaviors and the isolation between cyberspace and institutional space,which will form negative public opinion of textbook and affect its normal functioning.In the future,cyberspace textbook evaluation needs to improve the public quality of cyberspace textbook review in three dimensions:regulatory,normative elements and cultural-cognitive elements by strengthening system design,paying attention to value guidance and implementing subject cultivation.
