摘 要:目的探讨基于在线课平台的MiniQuest模式在高职护生内科护理学教学中的应用效果。方法2022年9—12月,采用随机整群抽样法选择2021级护理10班(57人)作为试验组,2021级护理14班(59人)作为对照组。对照组采用传统教学+资源共享自学法,试验组采用基于在线课平台的MiniQuest模式。教学前及教学结束后分别对两组进行评判性思维能力测评和理论考试,并调查试验组教学反馈和两组教学评价。结果教学后试验组评判性思维能力测量表得分为(292.72±14.35)分、理论考试成绩为(84.25±7.83)分,对照组分别为(277.24±19.43)分、(79.89±8.46)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组认可基于在线课平台的MiniQuest模式,对教学评价更高。结论基于在线课平台的MiniQuest模式能满足高职护生的学习需求,激发学习兴趣,提高评判性思维能力,改善教学效果。Objective To explore the application effect of MiniQuest model based on online course platform in the teaching of internal medicine nursing for higher vocational nursing students.Methods From September to December 2022,a random cluster sampling method was used to select 10 nursing classes(57 people)in 2021 as the experimental group,and 14 nursing classes(59 people)in 2021 as the control group.The control group adopted traditional teaching+resource sharing self-learning method,while the experimental group adopted MiniQuest model based on online course platform.Before and after teaching,evaluate the critical thinking ability and theoretical exam of the two groups,and investigate the teaching feedback of the experimental group and the evaluation of the two groups.Results After teaching,the experimental group scored(292.72+14.35)points on the Critical Thinking Ability Scale and(84.25±7.83)points on the theoretical exam,while the control group scored(277.24±19.43)points and(79.89±8.46)points,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The experimental group recognizes the MiniQuest model based on the online course platform and has a higher evaluation of teaching.Conclusion The MiniQuest model based on online course platforms can meet the learning needs of vocational nursing students,stimulate learning interest,improve critical thinking ability,and improve teaching effectiveness.
