摘  要:食品微生物检测在保障食品安全方面发挥着关键作用,而质控品的选择与应用直接影响检测质量。本文从质控品的定义与分类入手,阐明了根据检测目的、检测方法和检测环境选择相适应质控品的基本原则。在此基础上,提出了确保质控品有效期与稳定性、制定质控品使用规范以及强化质控品定期评估等具体的质控品应用策略。持续优化质控品的选择与应用策略是提升食品微生物检测质量控制水平的重要举措,对于保障食品安全具有重要意义。Food microbiological testing plays a key role in ensuring food safety,and the selection and application of quality control products directly affect the quality of testing.Starting with the definition and classification of quality control products,this article explains the basic principles of selecting appropriate quality control products based on the purpose of testing,testing methods and testing environment.On this basis,specific quality control product application strategies are proposed,such as ensuring the shelf life and stability of quality control products,formulating quality control product usage specifications,and strengthening regular evaluation of quality control products.Continuously optimizing the selection and application strategy of quality control products is an important measure to improve the quality control level of food microbiological testing,which is of great significance for ensuring food safety.
