摘  要:我国人口老龄化加剧,慢性病及癌症患者逐年增长,在疫情阴影笼罩下,人们直面未知和死亡的风险骤升,这就迫切需要我们了解和认识死亡。医院往往被默认为死亡发生的最终场所,对临床医师更需加强死亡教育和临终关怀,体现人文精神。该文从死亡教育和临终关怀的相关概念、在医院开展死亡教育的必要性和具体实施的策略等方面进行综述,以期能为我国医学死亡教育的发展尽绵薄之力。China's population is aging,and the number of patients with chronic diseases and cancer is increasing year by year.Under the shadow of COVID-19 and flu,people are facing the unknown and the risk of death is rising,which urgently requires us to understand death.Hospitals are assumed to be the ultimate place of death,and it is even more necessary for clinical doctors working in them to strengthen death education and end-of-life care,reflecting the humanistic spirit.This article reviews the concepts of death education and end-of-life care,the significance of conducting death education in hospitals,and specific implementation strategies,in order to contribute to the development of medical continuing education and death education in China.
