摘 要:建立一种提取并测定富硒白茶中茶多酚、儿茶素、咖啡碱含量的气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS/MS)方法。茶叶经过80℃纯净水浸泡,加入1%醋酸乙腈提取,净化采用QuEchERS处理,再由SH-I-5SIL MS色谱柱进行分离,以GC-MS-MS进行检测,通过三重四极杆质谱多反应监测(Multiple reaction monitoring-MRM)消除干扰信号。对比不同提取溶剂和碰撞电压达到最优提取效果,在0.1~5.0 mg/L曲线范围内线性关系良好,得到回收率分别为93.1%,91.8%,92.0%,相对偏差分别为3.61%,3.92%,6.14%,检出限0.01 mg/kg。该方法快速、简便、准确性好,适用于茶叶中茶多酚、儿茶素、咖啡碱的测定。A gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS/MS)method for extracting and determining the content of tea polyphenols,catechins and caffeine in selenium-rich white tea was established.The tea leaves were soaked in purified water at 80℃,1%acetonitrile acetate was added,cleaned by QuEchERS treatment,and then separated by SH-I-5SIL MS columns,detected by GC-MS-MS,and the interference signal was eliminated by triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)).Compared with different extraction solvents and collision voltages,the linear relationship was good in the range of 0.1~5.0 mg/L curve,and the recoveries were 93.1%,91.8%and 92.0%,the relative deviations were 3.61%,3.92%and 6.14%,and the detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg.This method was fast,simple and accurate,and was suitable for the determination of tea polyphenols,catechins and caffeine in tea.
