摘 要:教师培训是加强教师队伍建设与提升教育质量的重要活动,其效果如何关键在于教师培训者自身的核心素养。本研究基于对20位资深教师培训者的深度访谈,以扎根理论为方法论,对访谈资料进行整理、编码和分析,建构了教师培训者核心素养评价体系。该评价体系涵盖专业发展、教育引领、组织管理和研究创新四个核心要素以及十二个子要素,体现了教师培训者核心素养的整体性、联结性、结构性和动态性特征。该评价体系有助于教师培训者进一步厘清胜任教师培训工作所需的素养要素,同时可为相关组织机构制订教师培训者培养与发展目标及计划方案提供理论指导。Teacher training is a crucial endeavor aimed at strengthening the construction of the teaching workforce and improving the quality of education.The efficacy of teaching training hinges on the core competencies possessed by teacher trainers.This study constructs an evaluation system for teacher trainers'core competencies based on in-depth interviews with 20 senior teacher trainers.It employed grounded theory as the methodological framework to systematize,code,and analyze the interview data.The system encompasses four key elements,professional development,educational leadership,organizational management,and research innovation,along with 12 sub-elements that reflect the holistic,interconnected,structured,and dynamic characteristics of teacher trainers'core competencies.This system could help teacher trainers further clarify the competence elements required for effective performance while also providing theoretical guidance to organizations in formulating training objectives and plans for teacher trainers.
