职业教育实践教学体系改革探索与思考——以园林技术专业为例

摘　　要：目前,职业教育的实践教学在实践环节存在课程和专业的隔离性、实践平台存在技术和专业的局限性、师资队伍存在知识和技能的单一性以及实践教学存在评价体系的单向性等问题。因此,为进一步推进职业教育高素质技术技能人才培养,需要从重构层次化和模块化的实践教学体系、打造多元化和开放性的校内共享和校企协同实践平台、建立实践技能强和多学科交叉的“双师型”实践教学队伍、构建以学生为中心和以过程为导向的实践教学评价体系等四个方面对职业教育的实践教学体系进行改革。At present,the practical teaching of vocational education has the problems of isolation of courses and majors in the practice session,the limitations of technology and major in the practice platform,the unicity of knowledge and skills of the teaching staff,and the one-way evaluation system of practical teaching.Therefore,to further promote the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents in vocational education,it is necessary to carry out reform in practical teaching system from four aspects:reconstructing practical teaching system with a hierarchical and modular way,creating a practice platform for intra-school sharing and school-enterprise collaboration with a diversified and open way,establishing a"double-qualified"practical teaching team with strong practice ability and interdisciplinarity,and constructing a student-centered and process-oriented practical teaching evaluation system.
