摘 要:目的探讨基于复合型人才培养为导向的多元化教学方法在肝胆胰外科进修医师培训中应用价值。方法选取2020年12月至2022年10月郑州大学第一附属医院肝胆胰外科进修的56名医师为研究对象。采用多元化教学方式对56名肝胆胰外科进修医师进行培训,应用理论知识及临床技能考试了解多元化的教学效果,采用调查问卷了解进修医师对多元化教学的满意度和医疗水平提升情况。结果培训后,进修医师的理论知识及临床技能评分高于培训前(P<0.05)。进修医师对多元化教学满意度评分为(4.43±0.50)分。培训后,15名(26.7%)进修医师所在医院增加了腹腔镜设备,12名(21.4%)进修医师所在医院增加了胆道镜设备。培训后,39名(69.6%)进修医师所在医院增加了外派进修医师人数,54名(96.4%)进修医师增加微信学术公众号。培训后,进修医师三、四级及腹腔镜手术占比高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论基于复合型人才培养为导向的多元化教学模式提升肝胆胰外科进修医师理论水平、临床技能及医疗水平,提高教学满意度,是一种行之有效的医学教育方法。Objective To explore the application of diversified teaching oriented by the cultivation based on compound talents in the training of refresher doctors of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.Methods Fifty-six doctors in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from December 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.A total of 56 doctors with Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic surgery were trained with diversified teaching methods.Theoretical knowledge and clinical skill examination were used to understand the effect of diversified teaching,and questionnaire was used to understand the satisfaction degree and improvement of medical level of practicing physicians.Results After the training,the scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skill were higher than before the training(P<0.05).The satisfaction rating of refresher doctors of department of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery for diversified teaching was(4.43±0.50)points.After the training,15 doctors(26.7%)of hospital where refresher doctors were located had increased the number of laparoscopy equipment and 12 doctors(21.4%)of hospital where refresher doctors were located had increased the number of choledochoscopy equipment after the training.After the training,39 doctors(69.6%)of hospital where refresher doctors were located had increased the number of doctors for continuing education and 54 doctors(96.4%)of hospital where refresher doctors were located had increased the number of WeChat academic official account after the training.After the training,the proportion of third,fourth-grade,and laparoscopic surgery were higher than before the training(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified teaching models oriented by the cultivation of compound talents can enhance the theoretical,clinical skill and medical level of refresher doctors of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery,and also improve teaching satisfaction,which is an effective medical education method.
