摘　　要：在食品类工科专业人才培养过程中,根据人才培养方案,充分挖掘专业课程思政内容,在专业课堂教学中恰如其分地渗透价值观、问题分析、设计/开发解决方案、工程与社会、环境和可持续发展以及职业规范等思政教育,培养适应社会需要的品学兼优的食品类工科专业人才,为食品安全生产保驾护航。In the process of training food engineering talents,according to the talent training plan,we should fully excavate the ideological and political contents of professional courses,appropriate integration of values,problem analysis,design/development of solutions,engineering and society,environment and sustainable development,and professional norms into professional classroom teaching,to train food engineering professionals who are good at food science and to meet the needs of the society,so as to ensure the safety of food production.
