摘　　要：热质交换原理与设备是建筑环境与能源应用工程专业重要的学科基础课程之一,具有联系基础课程与专业课程的桥梁与纽带作用,该课程教学具有知识面宽、受众广、引领示范性强等特点。对课程教学过程中存在的问题进行认真反思、分析,总结存在的问题,不断进行教学改革,创新教学设计,改进教学方法,以激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的创新及工程实践能力。另外,对热质交换原理与设备教学实施过程及教学效果评价进行总结,形成该课程教学新特色,以期为其他课程教学方式方法的改革和教学水平的提高提供参考。Fundamentals and Equipment of Heat and Mass Transfer is one of the important basic courses in the field of architectural environment and equipment specialty,which plays a role of bridging basic courses and professional courses.The course teaching has the characteristics of wide specialty,wide audience and strong demonstration.In view of the problems existing in the course teaching,this paper makes a serious reflection,analysis and summary and puts forward the ideas of continuously carrying out teaching reform,innovating teaching design,improving teaching methods,to stimulate the students’learning interest,improve their innovation and engineering practice ability.The teaching implementation process and the teaching results are summarized,forming new teaching features of this course and providing a certain basis and reference for the optimization of teaching methods in the future.
