摘 要:本文采用静电纺丝法制备负载茶多酚(Tea Polyphenols,TP)的玉米淀粉(Corn Starch,CS)/聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl Alcohol,PVA)静电纺丝膜,研究不同浓度TP对膜的微观结构和抗氧化活性的影响。结果显示,当TP添加量为4%时,电纺膜呈现良好的微观形貌和紧致结构,ABTS清除率提高至76%。随着TP添加量进一步增加,珠状纤维增多,分子间氢键作用有所减弱。综上,TP添加量为4%时静电纺丝膜纺丝效果好、分子间相互作用最强且具有较强的抗氧化活性。Corn starch(CS)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)electrospinning films loaded with tea polyphenols(TP)were prepared by electrospinning method.The effects of different concentrations of TP on the microstructure and antioxidant activity of the films were studied.The results showed that when the addition of TP was 4%,the film showed good microstructure and compact structure and the clearance rate of ABTS increased to 76%.With the increase of TP addition,the number of bead fibers increased,the intermolecular hydrogen bonding weakened.In conclusion,When the addition of TP is 4%,the electrospinning film has good spinning effect,the strongest intermolecular interaction and strong antioxidant activity.
