摘  要:在职业教育高质量发展的新形势下,创新实践部门绩效考核对于推进高职院校落实规划、实现目标任务、激发学院整体办学活力和改革动力以及提高学校内涵质量和管理水平发挥了举足轻重的作用。N职院积极探索实践部门绩效考核与学校教学诊断改进工作有机结合,构建并实施部门绩效考核,创新以部门绩效考核为抓手的内部质量驱动机制,增强质量内生动力,激发学院改革创新活力,以考核促诊改、以诊改辅考核,切实提高学院管理水平和内涵质量。Under the new situation of high-quality development of vocational education,the performance appraisal of innovative practice departments plays a pivotal role in promoting the implementation of planning,achieving objectives and tasks,and improving the management level and connotation quality of higher vocational colleges.Vocational College N actively explores the organic combination of practice department performance assessment and school teaching diagnosis and improvement,builds and implements departmental performance evaluations,innovates the internal quality drive mechanism with department performance assessment as the starting point,strengthens the internal motivation of quality,stimulates the vitality of reform and innovation of the college,and practically improves the management level and connotation quality of the college.
