体育教育专业学生教学设计能力发展的现实困境与纾解路径

摘  要:教学设计能力是体育教师必备素质之一,对促进其专业化发展具有重要作用。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,基于政策导向与现实诉求,对体育教育专业学生教学设计能力发展的时代背景进行了阐述,分析了体育教育专业学生教学设计能力发展的现实困境:体系建设尚未健全,能力发展路径困囿;基础教育认知不足,理论与实践相割裂;学生缺乏内生学习动力,知识结构体系分流。据此,提出建议:体育教育专业学生教学设计能力发展应从“院-师-生”三位一体进行系统部署,建立健全课程实施监管体系,做好教师教育课程顶层设计;强化体育教师具身教学认知,形成理论与实践一体化教学;激发学生教学设计学习动力,强化知识理论体系整体构建。Instructional design competencies are crucial competencies for physical education instructors,significantly impacting their professional development.This study utilizes research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to elucidate the contemporary context of the development of instructional design competencies among physical education majors,based on policy orientation and practical demands.It analyzes the current challenges in developing instructional design competencies for physical education majors,including inadequate system infrastructure and constrained pathways for skill development,insufficient grasp of basic educational principles leading to a gap between theory and practice,and a lack of intrinsic learning motivation among students,resulting in a fragmented knowledge structure.Based on this analysis,the paper proposes the following recommendations:a comprehensive,institution-teacher-student approach to systematically deploy the development of instructional design competencies,establishment of a robust curriculum implementation supervision system,and enhancement of top-level design for teacher education courses;reinforcement of physical education teachers' embodied teaching cognition,integration of theory and practice in teaching;and empowerment of students' motivation for learning teaching design,while strengthening the overall construction of the knowledge theory system.
