摘　　要：在“人类世”的复杂背景下,我国成人教育面临着功利化取向凸显、理论与实践相割裂现象严重以及明显的结构性矛盾等困境。为实现对困境破局,亟需对我国成人教育的内外在价值与本体价值进行探讨以引导成人教育良性发展;同时,我国成人教育应坚持可持续发展教育之路,致力于培养具有“全球公民”意识的人。Under the complex background of the Anthropocene,China's adult education is faced with the dilemma of utilitarian orientation,the separation of theory and practice,and the obvious structural contradiction of adult education.In this regard,it is urgent to explore the internal,external and ontological values of adult education in China to guide the healthy development of adult education;at the same time,China's adult education should adhere to the road of sustainable development education,and strive to cultivate people with a sense of“global citizenship”.
